Returns and Shipping
Front Range Hobbies LLC is not responsible for any manufacturer defects. Defects including but not limited to, paint quality, paint color, scratch marks, glue marks, imperfections, stop running for any reason, etc. Products with these issues and others should be returned to the manufacturer since they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
You have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return or exchange an item(s).
Any defective Digital Command Control (DCC) products, including locomotives with decoders in them must be returned to their manufacturer for replacement.
The returned item(s) must be in their original box and packing materials.
Altered items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Any replacement, exchange, or refund will be shipped / processed the day we receive the returned item(s).
If a package is damaged or lost enroute, please contact the shipper’s customer service department for assistance.
International Shipping
Front Range Hobbies does ship internationally. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship there at this time.
Shipping
Front Range Hobbies ships with UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail within the United States. If you live in Canada or Mexico, USPS First Class International is available.
Payment Options and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you live in Colorado.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards. We currently do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Will I be provided a receipt/invoice?
Yes, a copy of your receipt/invoice for your order(s) will be provided.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged within 24 hours to your item(s) being shipped.
How long does it take for my refund/credit to appear?
Refunds are initiated when your item(s) have arrived in our possession. Refunds will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Arrival times may vary based on your financial institution.
